- If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can return the order within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- If you have purchased as a registered user, you can request the return from the Returns section of your account
- Keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products.
- We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
(i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
(ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you). - We offer the option of returning your items using our home collection service. The cost of the return request is ₹ 100, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Generally, exchanges take 7-8 working days to process plus the delivery time to your area. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
- In case of an exchange/return; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100
- If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
- In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
- Please note that there is no return on items marked as SALE

- We grant you a period of 5 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive. (For orders placed outside sale duration)
- In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods returned.

- Exchange of a product is subject to stock availability.
- An order can be returned/exchanged to a maximum of two (2) consecutive times.
